Cachalote (“sperm whale” in Spanish) is a steel-hulled, ketch-rigged, motor sailor, designed and built for comfort in California in 1971. She was remodelled as recently as 2002, and now provides more space and amenities than ever.
Cachalote accommodates 16 passengers in its many twin cabins, and one double cabin. All cabins have private bathrooms and individual climate control.
In addition to excellent service, the Cachalote is known for tasty food and knowledgeable naturalist guides. Relax on one of the three ample wooden decks, and cruise the archipelago with style.
